Which BBQ team can make the sweetest treats?  Just a few simple rules in this “anything goes” category:

• Dessert must be prepared onsite at the competition.  Store bought desserts will be disqualified.
• Each contestant must submit at least six (6) portions in the labeled containers provided.  Containers will be distributed to participants the morning of the competition.
• Points will be awarded for appearance, creativity and taste.  Extra points for desserts prepared on a smoker or grill.
• One dessert entry per team.

The winner will receive $100 and a reputation for satisfyin’ the sweet tooth!  To participate, just “check” the appropriate box on your BBQ team registration form.
