Rules and regulations

  • NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS – EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE
  • MUST HAVE A VALID TICKET STUB TO BE PERMITTED ONTO FESTIVAL GROUNDS
  • THOSE PLANNING TO CONSUME ALCOHOL MUST HAVE A VALID “OVER 21” WRISTBAND, WHICH WILL BE GIVEN AT THE ID CHECKPOINT
  • FAILURE TO OBEY EVENT STAFF, UNIFORMED OR OTHERWISE, MAY RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE PROPERTY

Blankets, Chairs, Canopies, etc: Hay bales are available for “seating” around the festival area. Blankets and lawn chairs are permitted. If you choose to bring full sized lawn chairs, umbrellas or canopies, you will be asked to sit toward the back of the audience so you do not obstruct the view of others. Tables and chairs are available near the vendor concessions for dining. Some large canopies will be available for shade, but heat sensitive attendees should take extra precautions with hats/umbrellas.

Camping: Limited camping is available at the Lazy A Campground during the festival. Campsites must be arranged in advance by calling the Martinsburg-Berkeley County CVB at 304-264-8801 or 1-800-4WVA-FUN.

Campfires: Campfires are allowed but must be in a firepit, hibachi, or other raised container etc. Fires built on the ground will be extinguished.

Coolers/Outside Food and Drink: Outside coolers are NOT permitted in the festival area. According to the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration, all beverages must be purchased onsite and confined to the designated area.  Attendees who are camping must keep their personal food and drink in their camping area. Water is available at the EMT station.

Emergency Medical Services:  EMT’s are onsite from 10 am to 10 pm.

Facilities:  Porta-potties are available onsite.

Handicapped camping and parking areas: Handicapped camping and parking areas are available. Inquire upon entry as to the location.

Ice:  Ice is available for purchase onsite.

Parkin’ Lot Pickin’: We encourage parkin’ lot pickin’ all day long!  All we ask is that you observe the quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.

Pets: This is a pet-friendly atmosphere. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash. Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave the event. Camping visitors are subject to campground rules.

Lost children and lost property: Please check at the CVB Information Tent for lost children, and other lost and found items.

Sales of craft items and instruments: All sales of craft items and instruments have been prearranged through the Martinsburg-Berkeley County CVB and will be on display in the designated Arts and Crafts area. Unofficial vendors are not permitted. For information on being a vendor, visit the vendor page of this website.

Security: When you enter the festival grounds, you are subject to a search, including handbags or backpacks. If you object to a search, you will not be permitted to enter. Weapons (regardless of permit) are prohibited on the grounds and are subject to confiscation by security.
