ANYONE ON THE GROUNDS MUST HAVE A VALID TICKET STUB

ANYONE BREAKING THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT BY SECURITY. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS!
Security:
When you enter the festival grounds, you are subject to a search, including handbags or backpacks. If you object to a search, DO NOT ENTER.
Weapons (regardless of permit) are prohibited on the grounds and are subject to confiscation by security.
Pets:
We do not reccomend day visitors bring pets. Visitors bringing pets will be confined to the "dog pound" in the festival seating area. Anyone not cleaning up after their pet will be asked to leave the event. Camping visitors are subject to campground rules.
Emergency Medical Services:
EMT's are onsite from 10am – 10pm.
Handicapped camping and parking areas:
Handicapped camping and parking areas are available. Inquire upon entry as to the location.
Camping:
Limited camping is available at the Lazy A Campground during the festival. Contact the MBCCVB for more information.
Coolers/Outside Food and Drink:
Outside coolers are NOT permitted in the festival area. Alcoholic beverages (beer/wine only) must be purchased onsite and are confined to designated area. Attendees who are camping must keep their personal food and drink in their camping area. Water is available at the EMT station.
Campfires:
Campfires are allowed but must be in a container, firepit, etc. Fires built on the groud will be extinguished.
Porta-Potties:
Porta Potties are available onsite.
Ice:
Ice is available for purchase from the Lazy A Campground office.
Sales of craft items and instruments:
All sales of craft items and instruments have been prearranged through the Martinsburg-Berkeley Convention and Visitors Bureau and will be on display in the Crafts Area . Unofficial vendors are not permitted. For information on being a vendor, visit the vendor portion of this website.
Lost children and lost property:
Please check at the CVB Information Booth for lost children, and other lost and found items.
Parkin' Lot Pickin':
We encourage parkin' lot pickin' all day. Bring your musical instrument of choice and enter the pickin’ contest !
Strut your stuff on stage by competing in the “Pickin” contest, and win cash prizes and braggin’ rights!

Blankets/Chairs/Etc:
Hay bales are available for “seating” at the music stage. Blankets and lawn chairs are also permitted. If you choose to bring full sized lawn chairs or canopies, you will be asked to sit toward the back of the audience so you do not obstruct the view of the people behind you. Tables and chairs are available near the vendor concessions for dining. Some large canopies will be available for shade, but heat sensitive attendees should take extra precautions with hats/umbrellas.
