Be a Vendor!

Vendors play a very integral part in the success of Pickin’ in the Panhandle, providing attendees with a variety of souvenirs and food to feast on.

We are currently seeking Heritage Crafters, Musical Instrument Craftsmen, BBQ Industry, Gourmet Food Vendors, Suppliers, Food Concessions and Drink Vendors to participate in Pickin’ In the Panhandle!

All vendors are required to be present for the event Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

We request FOOD vendors say until 9:00pm on Friday/Saturday night to accomodate the evening attendees.

Up to four non-transferable weekend vendor ID tickets are available for vendors/workers. These tickets are ONLY to be used by people working your booth.

TWO vehicle pass for admittance onto the festival grounds is alotted per vendor. Once you are set up, you will need to park your car in the general field parking for the duration of the event.

Cars must be out of the vendor area and in the general parking by 9:00am.

All food concessions must comply with West Virginia Health Codes and state laws.

Heritage Craft / Musical Instrument Vendors Craft and Souvenir Booth space is limited to a 10' x 10' spaces in the craft tent or the Craft Barn, unless special arrangements are made in advance.  

Food and Concession Vendors: Electric is available.  One 20amp plug per cart.  Additional voltage/plugs are available for a fee.

ELECTRICITY MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE AND CANNOT BE ARRANGED ONSITE! PLEASE

All Concession/Food vendors must have insurance before they will be admitted to the festival grounds to set up. You will need to have an active liability insurance policy and provide a certificate of coverage.

Please staple a copy to each event application that you are submitting.
