Vendors play an important role in the success of Pickin’ in the Panhandle, giving attendees the chance to enjoy mouth-watering food.  The food vending area, known as BBQ Row, will feature delicious foods, snacks and drinks, including fruit smoothies, soft pretzels, nachos, kettle korn, butterfly potatoes, fried pickles, subs, Italian sausage, lemonade, coffee, and of course BBQ.

• Vendors will be admitted for set up after 6 pm on Thursday, September 8.
• A maximum of five weekend tickets are available for vendors and people working in the booth.
• One vehicle pass will be provided for setup.  Once set up is complete, vehicles must be moved to the vendor section of the general parking lot for the duration of the event. All vehicles must be out of the vendor area one hour prior to the festival opening each day .
• All food vendors are required to be open during festival hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• All food concessions must comply with West Virginia and Berkeley County Health Codes and state laws.
• Electric is available. One 20amp plug per cart. Personal generators are not permitted. Additional voltage/plugs are available for a fee. Additional electricity must be requested at least 30 days in advance of the festival and will not be arranged onsite.
• Food vendors may fill water tanks with an extra hose onsite.  Vendors will not be permitted to have a direct connection to the water source.  No Exceptions.
• All vendors must provide a copy of their liability insurance declarations page prior to being admitted to the festival grounds to set up.
• The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Pickin’ in the Panhandle Committee reserves the right to deny any application.
