Do you have what it takes to be named the WV State BBQ Grand Champion?  Then enter the KCBS West Virginia State BBQ Championship at Pickin’ in the Panhandle!   Our competition has four meat categories (ribs, chicken, brisket, and pork) and we throw in some other categories for fun.

Special “non-KCBS” categories that are optional for all teams:

• WV Cook’s Choice Cup (for non WV-based teams) or WV Governors Cup (for WV-based teams) – only rule is it’s gotta be meat!

Entry in any of the special categories does not affect judging points for overall categories.

Professional competition entry fee – $250 (includes campsite for the weekend, water and electric hookups, and entrance to the music festival)
